I believe that everyone has the right to a life where they feel heard, valued, and have the courage to be their true self.

My journey as a Clinical Counsellor is grounded in a Master’s degree in Psychology, my RCC designation, and profound life experience.

As a woman, a mother, and an immigrant, I know firsthand what it means to lose familiar ground and rebuild a life from the foundations. I understand the deep value of intimacy in a relationship—and how challenging it can be to preserve it during crises, relocation, or the demands of parenthood.

In my work, I don’t offer ready-made recipes for happiness. Instead, I provide you with a safe space and evidence-based methods (specifically the Gottman Method and CBT).

Together, we can:

  • Explore your inner world and discover new sources of strength.

  • Rebuild a warm emotional connection with your partner or navigate a divorce with care.

  • Find stability in a new country or through changing life circumstances.

My role is to be by your side when things get difficult and to support you in creating a life that truly feels like your own. Professional ethics, confidentiality, and deep respect for your story are the foundation upon which we will build our work.
